The Balance page on the Flutterwave dashboard houses the Balance, Balance History, and Settlement features. Here, you have an overview of the funds in your collection and payout balances, your balance history, and your settlement history – successful, failed, flagged, and pending settlements. Balances

The funds in your Flutterwave balance can either be automatically settled to your bank account or used for transfers. The Balances page on your dashboard shows the amount you have in both the Collection balance and Payout balance for all the currencies we settle in.

What is Collection Balance?

Your Collection balance is how much you have received from your customers into your Flutterwave account. The money stays here until it's settled into your settlement bank account or your payout balance.

What is Payout Balance?

Your Payout balance is the money available to you for transfers. You can either send this money to your bank account or to any bank account in any of the countries we support.

Note: There's a fee attached to each transfer done from your payout balance, depending on the currency. Click here for more information on how to initiate transfers from your payout balance.

Balance History

The Balance history tab shows you how funds enter and leave your account. Here, you can view your transfer, bill payments, and wallet funding history.

Settlement History

The settlement history tab shows all your settlement and their statuses - successful, failed, pending, or flagged.
