Flutterwave merchants can now receive payments from their customers in Nigeria through the newly integrated Pay with Opay. To start accepting payments via this payment method, simply login to your dashboard and follow these steps: 

• Go to Settings

• Click on ‘Business Preference’ 

• Navigate to Payment Methods

• Click on the "Enable" button to enable the payment method 

How to make payments via Opay on the web

1. Select Opay during checkout on a Flutterwave gateway. You will be redirected to the Opay platform to complete your payment. 

2. Enter your password and registered phone number on Opay. 

3. Click on the ‘Pay Now’ button to complete the payment and enter your 6-digit pin.

How to make payments via Opay on the Opay app

1. Select Opay during checkout on the Flutterwave gateway. You will be redirected to the Opay app to authorise your payment. 

2. Confirm that the transaction details are correct and authorise the payment with your biometric or face ID. 

3. After completion, you will be redirected to the Flutterwave checkout page, where the transaction status is confirmed. Merchants typically receive the payment instantly.
