Transactions page

The transactions page shows a history of all payments made into your Flutterwave account. It also shows the details of the transaction and gives insights into the transaction flow, so you can see the transaction process and at what point exactly a transaction failed (if it did).
What can you do on the Transactions page?
View Transactions
The transactions tab gives you an overview of all transactions that were made to your Flutterwave account. Here, you’re able to see transactions and their different statuses.
Filter
Using the filter option, you can narrow down the selection of the transactions displayed. You can choose to filter transactions by date, status, transaction reference, payment method, currency, etc. Using the various filter options, you can filter transactions as far back as 1 year ago.

To filter transactions by date:
Click on the filter button
Select the date range you wish to display
Click ‘Apply Filter’
The transactions that were done within the date range will be displayed.
Resend Transaction Receipt
You can resend the receipt for a successful transaction to your customers. To do this, simply select a transaction to view more information about the transaction and click on “Resend receipt”.

Initiate Refunds
From the transaction details page, you also have the option to refund the transaction to the customer. To do this:
Select the transaction you wish to refund
Click on ‘Initiate Refund’
Enter the amount you wish to refund
Click ‘Save’ to complete the action.

Once the refund is processed, you can download the refund proof on your dashboard and share it with your customer.
Download Transactions
To download your account statement over a period of time, click the 'Download' button. Your statement will be downloaded in a CSV format.
Search for Transactions
You can also use the search feature to find specific transactions. The search bar allows you to search using a customer's name or email address, or even a transaction reference.
