Onboarding Requirements for Using Flutterwave in Zambia
You can operate an unregistered business account, a registered business account (Sole proprietorship or Limited Liability Company), or a non-profit organization. The KYC requirements depend on the type of business created.

Certification of Incorporation of the company
Articles of Association
Proof of Business Address-Utility Bill/Tenancy Agreement/Title deed
ZRA Tax Registration (TPIN)
Director ID / Passport/NRC/Drivers License
Bank statement in the name of the company
Business (Sole Proprietorship)
Certificate of Registration of the company
Tax Clearance Certificate ZRA tax registration of the company Requirement from 1 Jan 2025

Payment Methods
You can accept payments from your customers via Mobile Money.
Settlement Schedule

Payout Processing Time

Refund Timeline
Refunds for card transactions and mobile money transactions are processed within the following timelines:
Card Refunds: Processed within 3 - 15 business days
