  • Use the correct identity number during verification.

  • Provide original copies of your ID and business registration documents, photocopies, laminated copies, or images are not accepted.

  • Take a well-lit picture of your ID. The entire image must be visible and legible.

  • Place your valid ID on a surface with a distinct color from the ID to enhance visibility.

  • When submitting ID documents, use your device's camera to take a new picture of the original document. Saved pictures are not accepted.

  • Business registration documents should be clear and visible in acceptable upload formats.

  • Ensure to provide your residential address's electricity meter number (prepaid/postpaid) to confirm your residential address. This also applies to business representatives and directors of registered businesses and Other entities.

  • For registered businesses, at least one (1) director, and business owner(s) must complete a separate verification process for you to start receiving payments. Each director and business owner will receive an email to complete verification.
