Onboarding Requirements for Using Flutterwave in Uganda
You can operate an unregistered business account, a registered business account (Sole proprietorship or Limited Liability Company), or a non-profit organisation. The KYC requirements depend on the type of business created.

National I.D. Cards (both sides), Driving License, or International passport
Bank reference letter
Other requirements;
Verifiable website URL or social media website
Business profile

Business (Limited Entities)
Certificate of Incorporation
Certified Memorandum and articles of association
URA Pin certificate
Directors National I.D. Cards (both sides), Driving License or International passport

Settlement Schedule

Refund Timeline
Refunds for card transactions and mobile money transactions are processed within the following timelines:
Card Refunds: Processed within 3 - 15 business days
Mobile Money Refunds: Processed within 1 - 7 days
