How can I Dispute a transaction?

To dispute a transaction,

  • login to your Tuition account

  • Select the transaction you want to dispute

  • Click on the 'Report Issue' button and provide the necessary information

  • Submit

How does the dispute process work?

The process begins when you submit a dispute for a payment.

We receive your complaint and provide a response via email

As soon as you submit your dispute, we will review and communicate with you via your registered email address within 48 hours. Please always check your email to ensure you do not miss out on our communications regarding your dispute.

Note: We will include your ticket ID in our email communications with you for the dispute logged. Please refer to this ID in your future communications with us regarding your inquiry/query across our support channels

We resolve and close your dispute

As soon as your dispute is resolved, we will close the ticket. Please ensure that you include this ticket ID if you have a need to reference this dispute in your future communications with us.
