Flutterwave Test Mode: Features and Limitations

Testing is an important aspect of your integration and Flutterwave provides a robust test environment for you to test your integration before going live. 

In test mode, you are able to mock the following features and operations:

1. Payments:

   1. Collections: Cards, Bank transfers, Pay with Bank, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Mobile Money, etc.

   2. Recurring payments: Payment plans

2. Transfers:

   1. Flutterwave Wallet-Wallet transfers

   2. Bank Accounts

   3. Mobile Money

3. Bill Payments: DSTV and EKEDC payments.

4. BVN Verifications 

5. Wallet Funding

While we offer mock data and flows to test your integrations, here are some features that are currently unavailable in test mode:

1. Settlements: collections mocked on test mode are not settled into your available balance. Do you need funds for your transfers? try wallet funding instead.

2. Virtual account funding

3. eNaira payments

4. Chargebacks: Chargebacks are raised externally and can't be triggered from your account. Kindly contact support if you need to test this feature on your account.
