Express Settlement FAQs

Express Settlement is a new feature that allows you to withdraw your collection balance instantly instead of waiting for the usual settlement timeline. You can view the settlement timelines for different currencies here.
How to request Express Settlement
Log in to your Flutterwave dashboard and select "Balances" on the left-hand side.
Choose "Balance" to view the balances for each currency.
Click "Request express settlement" to see the fee breakdown.
Click 'Request' to immediately transfer the full amount in your collection balance to your payout balance.
Which balances can be requested for Express Settlement?
Currently, you can only request express settlement for your NGN (Naira) balance. We will inform you as soon as this feature becomes available for other currency balances.
How much does it cost to use Express Settlement?
A fee between 0.1% to 1% will be charged based on the exact amount in your collection balance. This fee will be deducted from your payout balance after express settlement has been completed. Please refer to the breakdown below.

Will Express Settlement be sent to my settlement bank account or my payout balance?
The express settlement will be sent to your payout balance. You can transfer the funds from your payout balance to your bank account. Learn how to make a transfer here.
Can I withdraw part of my express settlement?
No, you can only request express settlement for your entire collection balance.
