Do I need to create a Tuition account to pay school fees?

Yes, you must create a Tuition account to pay school fees. To sign up, visit https://flutterwave.com/tuition on the web. You can sign up with your email, Google, or Apple ID. Then, you'll receive a magic link to log in. Remember to use your real name and date of birth as shown on your government ID when setting up your account.

Why am I not receiving the magic link (confirmation email)?

There are a few reasons why you might not have received the confirmation email:

  • You might have typed your email address wrong when you signed up.

  • The email might have gone into your Spam or Junk folder. Check these folders if you can't find the email in your inbox.

If you still can't find the email:

  • If you use Gmail, you can sign in easily by choosing "Continue with Google" when you sign up or log in.

  • If you use another type of email, please contact support right away by sending an email to tuition@flutterwavego.com.

What do I need to sign up for Tuition?

To sign up for Tuition, you'll need to provide the following information:

  • Your first and last name

  • A valid email address

  • Your phone number

  • Your residential address

  • Your date of birth

  • A valid government-issued ID

How safe and secure is Tuition?

Tuition is secure and guarantees safe payments using best practices. We are ISO certified (ISO 27001 & 22301 certification) and follow international standards to ensure the safety of your funds at all times. Also, please note that we do not store funds in any of our bank accounts, but instantly move them to the school.

How do I keep my account safe?

To ensure the security of your account, please follow these guidelines:

  • Never disclose your User ID, PINs/passwords, card PANs, security questions, or answers to anyone.

  • Do not respond to emails requesting your Tuition account or payment details if the emails do not come from no-reply-tuition@flutterwavego.com or tuition@flutterwavego.com.

  • Only sign in to your Tuition account on your personal device.

  • Set a passcode for your device.

  • Ensure that only you can access your Tuition registered email address.

  • Always verify your school's information before making a payment.

  • If you detect any unauthorized activity on your Tuition account, please contact us via tuition@flutterwavego.com.

Can I delete my Tuition account?

We would hate to see you leave. But to delete your account, please contact our Support team here by filling out the contact form.

Can I edit my personal information?

To change or update your personal information, navigate to the "Profile Settings" tab and update your information.
